ive noticed on the movies made with the newer version of XviD that there r lines going across everything.it doesnt bother me that much but i just want to know if its the codec or is it my comp.wat settings should i have.wat player should i use and is there anyway i can wash them out or something like that?

If its on ALL your "Xvid" get http://gknot.doom9.org/ but only install the codecs it cured it for me, using another player helps too try :

http://www.bsplayer.org

You just need the newest DirectShow filter for XviD (1.01)
