Since saiyman is banned or something, is there another site that is just like it?

never really knew about saiyaman.net, but i assume its either like
www.animesuki.com (unlicensed anime only)
www.mirkx.com (any anime and manga)
http://www.baka-updates.com/index.php?page=releases
which list torrent releases by fansubbing groups?

Or was it more like
www.boxtorrents.com (temporarily down)
http://depthstrike.com/anime-4ever/
http://www.downloadanime.org/
where the site has its own tracker and torrents of episodes and full series, subbed by various groups.
