i absolutely hate them

its a kid thing... like when you first make out etc

but i would freak if someone gave me one now as i think its yuck....sensual is kissing & carressing of the body, not leaving somethin that looks like a bruise to say "I got some"

I think immature or insecure people give them to their boyfriend or girlfriend as a badge of ownership.

My missus is plastered in them :(

@Mathea.......There was a girl and her b/f came in yesterday, (both 19) she had one and was holding her hair over it, he had 7 :blink: Looked like he'd been strangled :lol:

i dont think so. well no, i think in jr high kids get a kick out of it bc its like a badge of honor... but tbh i never liked em giving or getting cuz i think its tacky


and i agree....some insecure ppl do it to claim their significant other..... you shouldnt have to, bc the person you're with should be proud to be with you, and vice versa

oh yeah and the first time i ever got one, i slapped my bf at the time and was extremely pissed off

Farmers brand their cows before taking them to market to show other farmers that they own them..
