Pro evolution no, Fifa 2004 or Euro 2004 yes but from what I recall you have to pay for a subscription + the game.
Pro evo soccer 4 on x-box will hopefully be on live...oh please god make them live enable it...please please please...now we'll see if there is a god ;)
