so my service was capped for uploading too much and the bastards at optimum online think that uploading files to a friend means i'm running a server. Any of you think this is right? it does say in their ToS that you can't run servers but uploading files to a friend is not a server.
In your contract does it say you have a monthly/weekly/daily limit? If not ask them to point out where and send them a copy of a letter threatning to sue.
EDIT: Also ask for your money back on any installtion fee's modem charges as they have vioded the contract.
there was no contract and there is no limit to how much I can upload a day
