Kazaa K++ - Firewall Programs

I have xp firewall and kazaa lite k++
since i turned on the firewall the kazaa got slow
and sometimes my downloads dissconect :(

plz help me

Turn it off and use something like Sygate instead, they even have a free version...

I can`t...
if i turn of so a lot of hosts connect to my computer
i have sygate but it not block all the connections.
(svchost.exe conneting... and i must allow it)

I think i need to open port...
but i dont know which one...
