It is located right under C:\\ and is a folder named Recycler. In order to see it and access it you need to enable show hidden files and folders and also show hidden system files in Tools>folder options>View, here select show hidden files and folders and disable hide protected operative system files also disable hide file exstensions for known file types .And the Recycler will be right there as a shadow folder that you can access.
