I'm looking for a good way to access my comuter remotely, mostly so I can download the filies on my hard drive to another computer. I've found a few programs that will do this, but most want me to pay them. Is there any good way to do this on the cheap?
ultravnc is a good one
if you have XP, then use the built in Remote Desktop Connection
else use VNC (which is free)
There any free programs, that allow me to control my PC via Internet explorer or any browser?
The only one I can think of is https://www.gotomypc.com/ , it says there's a free trial, but I don't know how good it is..Quote:
