I have Lost the Integrated XP Zip capability in Context Menu?!?

I did some registry cleaning a long time ago and the integrated XP Zip capability has disapeared.
You know the one that if you right clik on a Zip file it says "extract all"
or if you right clik on a file >then clik "send to" >compressed zip

Yes i also use winrar and am presently using an external Zip application
i would like to get the Integrated XP zip feature back.
Its obviously still there its just that i have removed it from the shell extension / Context Menu
Does anybody know a fix for this or atleast where the zip feature is located?

(and no i will not do a repair install or a System Restore for this)

Enable:

regsvr32 %windir%\system32\zipfldr.dll


Disable:

regsvr32 /u %windir%\system32\zipfldr.dll
