NTL 351000 cabel modem problems???

Has any boby had trouble with their cable modem keep trying to unistall itself.????

Every now and again i get the box up saying that you should stop a device before trying to unistall it and then it leaves the hardware device icon in my sytem tray.I going to try search for a new driver for it but it`s been happening more and more recently.??? :(

What model and make modem is it?

I don't understand, there should be no software required for an external, USB, cable modem such as yours. So "uninstalling" isn't possible.

Maybe there's a problem with your USB ports on the mobo.
