Info on BIOS where to find it ?

Hi there

I am not sure if this is Software or Hardware (or firmware).

I would like to know how to find out info on the bios in one's machine.

Eg what size hard drives can it handle etc etc.

Is there a web site that lists these or does one have to go to the manufacturers web site ?

Any suggestions woould be greatly appreciated.

Also is it easy to upgrade ones bios ?

What is involved in this ?

Tell us what motherboard you have.

You know I like a program like Belrac Adviser , to help find info on ones machine.
It fits on a floppy and uses your browser to display info.
