2 of my friends use Xanga. I personally dont like it but w/e.
Anyways, they are having a few people leave some pretty harsh stuff on their sites. And for some reason Xanga doesnt allow the person who made the site to see the entire IP address. All up to the last set.
What is a good program to use to track these stats (IP) so the person can be dealt with? They would need something that can see the IP of the person that left the message.

Well there isn'tanything Xanga itself can do to display the IP address, and it doesn't really matter since more people's IP Address changes every second... But the only closest suggestion I can make for you is to have your friends create a "Spy Link" at IMChaos.com and use that link to have peopleclick to access their Xangas... It traces thier SN / and IP Address.
I'm pretty sure you can ban the username from posting comments.

start an account at www.statcounter.com and put the code to one of your webpages. (use an invisible counter).
then after he has viewed the site the ip adress will be somewhere in the stats @ statcounter.com.

Thats what I used first. But I think my friend put the code in wrong. statcounter wasnt picking anything up. Ill have to get both their login info and do it for them.Quote:
