k, got it to work, here's the prob (maybe i'm just stupid and it most likely is because i am). i can't get any of the upgrades, visual, engine, interior, none of em work, they're all locked. even the cars. i've played for a good 3 hours, beat a lot of races, been sponsored and took those damn magazine pics. the whole time i had a stock nissan 240sx :huh: which is hella slow now (the "new" races [i beat all the ones i could find, and now i'm up against suped up cars] i always lose). help??

u cant just go to garage and try upgrading....
Yes, you have to go into your messages. And i think it is the green ones, and it tells you where to find the shops. And they aren't on your radar, so you have to manually find them. They are usually found by some coloured lights of sorts.
hmm ive got like tons of rides right now (im using the rx8 currenty):D but anyways um.. just keep racing;) :blink:
Is it that you cant find any shops to purchase Parts ect? Just looks for blue lights (Performance Shops) Yellow for (Car Specialties) Green for ( body shops) and Red for ( Graphics/ paint):1eye: oh yea and a light blue for car shops (to get new cars)
yes ihave some problems too.....its rather a retarded one...how do you get the message thing to open? i must have sit at my keyboard pressing everybutton and it doesnt seem to open
