can anyone recommend a subtitle editor (not creator)?
-can convert to and from various types of subtitle formats (like srt, sub, idx and more)
-can correct sync problem (like increasing a few seconds to the subtitle appearance in the movie and etc)
-and as usual add, edit, delete blah blah
