I've not dealt with them for a while but when I was a nipper on holiday in T'Lake District I had to pay them £12 for a rod licence. Fucking extortionate, I had to forgo a couple of visits to the fair just so I could afford it - Mam and Dad were no help :dry:

I expect that nowadays it's even more expensive.
