What is DVD Decrypter?

I got it with CloneXB, what is it for and how would I use it?

Someone got an error from the Fable.ISO I sent him that said

" the entered blocksize does not correspond to the image length
the block size may be wrong"

and was told to use DVD Decrypter to fix it.

It's a DVD ripper basically. It can also get past alot of those pesky copyright protection thingies for your "backup" needs. It's a good, clean piece of software.
