what prog. to use for BitTorrent ?

Ok, I started usin bittorrent downloads along with TorrentStorm, a few days ago.
And the first day, the downloads where pretty fast, up to 38kbps, but now it wont go faster than 3 or 4kbps...
Is there something I can do, or something Im missin?,
also, Is there a better program to manage torrent downloads?

Set your upload rate to no more than about 80% of you available upload bandwidth when downloading so your download can request 'the next bit'

Yep...Azureus for me too....but of course, I have no choice anyway atm ;)
