hi guys, i know this is a very small issue but i just can't get over with
the problem is i can't save any images on my IE because every time i clicked on "save image as"
and the only format i can save the file is BMP with the defult file name being "Untitled.bmp".
how do I change the IE setting back to the original? so I can save the image files as ***.jpg
with the image's original naming convention.

I don't know the answer but please understand that this is not 'downloading', it's just 'saving'. I get fed up with people saying things like 'I downloaded it onto my computer' when they meant 'installed the program' - especially when they're after my help.
I'm pretty sure you need to clear your cache.Quote:
