im looking for a firewall that is good a catching hijackers!
i used ZA but that allowed a few hijackers and hogged CPU from time to time
kerios was v.good at catching hijackers but its GUI was buggy from time to time
as for Sygate
im kinda warey about it

use a trojan scanner and an antispyware app then.

the hijacked application has already transmitted som data

@Fiber the enhanced rules set makes Look 'n' Stop STEALTH on all tests including Sygate's.
