Yeah it is, I just don't agree with instruction, they wont show instruction on how to break in a car, I'd say using coke is worse.

Did you not know how to make it before watching the programme then?

Showing how much is a safe doseage is alright with me too. Less chance of users dying from an overdose after watching this program.
