Sup Dudes,
Lately my files haven't been going to the recycle bin, they just disappear when I select to delete them. Anyone know how to fix this?
Thanks,
Nate

Right-click on the Recycle Bin and choose "Properties".
On the "Global" tab, Uncheck the box that says, "Do not move files to the Recycle Bin...."
hope that helps, should do.
It is unchecked...that is the problem. I have not knowingly changed anything and its just not working. THanks for the tip though.
try checking that box, delete osmething, then uncheck it.
another possibility is that maybe you instlled system works or some other program like that that contorls the recycle bin?

Maybe the recycle bin is full?
Nope, not full. I tried switching the options to no avail.
Maybe try deleting the recycle bin at c:\, d:\,.....etc
Hmm....I ran Sybot, Registry Mechanic and Trojan Hunter still no dice. Anyone have any other suggestions?
Sometimes the RB misses files, also large files get deleted and miss the RB alltogether.
