ps2 on pc using a dvd rom

how many of u guys out there have tried ps2 games on pc and which is the best emulator 4 ps2 games?

i've herd(from friends) that PCSX2 is the best 1 out there but dono cuz never tried using it,i know that there r tons of small ps2 emus out there but i dont know which r the best 1's?
