firewalls?

i am currently trying to use my kazaa lite with my cox cable connection and a linksys router. i can search for files, but they will never download when i cue them up. whats wrong here? could it be my router? or my cox cable internet connection/ is it a firewall issue/ i dont have any clue... HELP!

try downloading those files that have a lot of users first.. i.e. dora the explorer files ~:D. If it still doesn't work, you may want to check with nsane his registry file.

do as kwek says and check the linksys website to see how to open ports in your router. if your behind a firewall in the router it probably isn't helping the situation.
