Video Out To Work

I have a Geforce FX5200 and i used to be able to use a cloned display when changing settings in the nvidia tools and then now the display doesn't come up on the tv..then i noticed that in my display props it has 2 display things...and it didn't before.....? maybe windows props are interfearing with the nvidia settings...here are screens...

click the second screen on that first picture (appearrs really small).
then near the bottom of teh screen click "extend my windows desktoop onto this monitor.
that turns it on. :)
