Panda platinum internet security detects anti-virus

During my installation of panda platinum internet security I am informed that I already have Norman Virus Control installed. I do not remember ever installing it and it is not listed in add/remove programs and it does not have a program files folder.

I google'd the name and found an application to uninstall it, and it did. I restarted my PC and started Panda, but it still detects it. Shall i continue with installation or will it cause a conflict

try running a reg cleaner (CCleaner)

did you ever use an online virus scanner?

I only used Pandas online scanner. But I will not use TuneUp to clean up the registry. Will post back when it's finished

Didn't work. Still detects it.

Can I just continue with installation?
