Edit How can I get rid of that ad at the bottom and the thumbnails on the side (Tesco etc.)?

This is strange I dont have any thumbnails on the left side, and I cannot find an option for it either.
I know I've seen it before though....

to remove the tabs go to the options and select this is a shared computer do not display my tabs, and wallah should be gone.

those buttons on the left hand side of the window. They usually get more and more over time.

i think that u just left click the buttons and dischek all......
