How do you guys make gifs?the way im doing it takes too long.

fix
i use BSplayer to get screencaps, just hold down 'P', then import to Animation Shop using the wizard
or you could just use Flash MX, don't need to take screencaps, import and select a clip - same with Adobe ImageReady
