How do you fix a currupt .rar files .When i`m extracting the .avi it says that a cirtain one in currupt and it`s un able to carry on extracting it.I`m gonna try and download it again but if anybody knows a fix for this it would be greatly appriciated as i don`t want keep downloading it. :ph34r:

if the rar has a recovery file you just open up the rar and click the repair button, otherwise there's no way to fix it
what program did you use to download the files?
when I use IRC and it got corrupted files I check if there is a torrent site which has the same files. I copy all the rar files from my IRC folder into the torrent folder then I let my bittorrent client recheck my files. ;)
