Re: Where any of you there?
I may have been there.
Anything earlier than yesterday is a bit hazy to me.... :ermm:
They were great in concert though.
All of the anthems we take for granted today (thanks to Wayne's World and sports venues everywhere) were pretty cool when new.
You should rename this thread BTW.
Outside of the glaring spelling error (which I shan't mention out of respect), it might be more accurately called:
"Old F**cks Recall the Good Ole Days (Or...Before Rap Killed Music)".
Perhaps JP could share some memories of bagpipe festivals...
Re: Where any of you there?

It was something to see, even on disc; there are very few bands that fit such a venue, and Freddie and the boys were surely one of them.
Wish I'd been there. :)
i saw you in that video shop buying the DVD, and i saw you go into the backroom – you should be ashamed

Rap didn't kill music. Great music (including rap) is alive and well. You just have to know where to look ;)
Re: Where any of you there?
Alas not. I did go and see Pink Floyd in Main Road Manchester in 1987.
