Music in the background. Dont know what it is.

I opened a winrar file that had one of these url's in it. "Make Money URL". But it didnt load the page the first time and now the stupid background music is playing but there isnt a window open on my desktop. I dont know how to fucking turn it off without restarting. I want to know how to do this without restarting; becuase if something can run in the background like this without visibly seeing it, it can be pretty dangerous for anything that can harm your computer

When I loaded it I just closed the window and it was gone...

alt-ctrl-delete just find something that might be playing teh music (mediaplayer, iexplore in the background)

Empty your Temporary Internet Folder, sounds like it's a bgsound src being loaded by IE.
