avi's, mpeg's, & ogm's play just fine, but when i play bin files my sound is skipping. i'm using kazaa codec pack 2.44 and i didn't have this problem be4. the videos don't skip. it's just the sound. is there a way to fix this or maybe revert back to an older version of kcp? thx.
I have the exact same problem with Videolan and playing any s/vcd's and I also have the exact same motherboard. I just use WinDVD5 since it came packaged with the motherboard.
hrmm, i've tried kcp 2.36, 2.43, 2.44, and 2.45. i also updated my audio drivers. 3.71's came out 10 days ago. still no fix. idk...
well, my sound doesn't skip anymore and i'll i've did was install kcp 2.46 and updated my isobuster from 1.6 to 1.7. no more skipping, but now i don't have 5.1 surround. all my avi's currently have 5.1. but once again, my bin files have a problem. no, 5.1. i'm using isobuster 1.7 to recognize the files and using vlc to play the bins. someone?
