Tone up my stomach and thigh muscles simultaneously?
I don't enjoy monotonous daily crunches, or anything like the sorts.
And I don't do swimming, in fear of swimsuits.

I hear Busyman plays it every week with his homies. He can prolly give you some tips.
Honestly, sport is the only way apart from those horrible crunches.
Bicycle is the answer.
and no not one of the bicycles that dont move.

I am sure it has something to do with six packs. I think you have to drink a lot of Stella.
