how to shut down my pc at a given time, help

hi guys,
i download softwares and other stuff from the net ,using torrent softwares during nights, but i there is no option for turning my pc off at morning, bcoz at morning when i download, remaining users on my network have problem to accessing the net as i my pc will download at that time,there no limiter to my router,i use net limiter, but it will not solve my problem,i want to shut my pc,but i will be not present to shut down my pc, so please anyone help me that i can shut down my pc at a given time every day, thanks in advance.........rlcs
