question regarding pay news servers

I'm looking to subscribe 10G/month service with Newshosting for $10 bucks...What i m wondering is, what is this 10G limit? Does this mean i can download only 10GB worth of stuff a month or something else?
Please advice...I'm new to this stuff.

oh BTW I'm getting around 225KB/s - 375KB/s from downloading free from my isp news group.....

The 10gb is just that only 10gb per month...
