Family Guy Presents Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story (new DVD)

Stewie has a near death experience that prompts him to change his ways. Instead of seeking to dominate the world, he sets out on a road trip to find his real dad.

It will be an 83-minute feature to be released on Sept. 27 and will be the first direct-to-video ever made off a TV franchise.

Guest vocals from: Drew Barrymore and Ron Livingston, as well as 3 cast members from Beverly Hills 90210..Jason Priestley, Jennie Garth and Tori Spelling...for a special gag.

The DVD will have deleted scenes, still galleries, animatics, and McFarlane commentary.
It will also have a special features around the movie. It begins with an animated movie premiere, with the familt arriving tro watch it, and then there's an after-party at the end.

There was originally talk of this being a feature film but it was hard to juggle the production of that while doing this TV season's 35 episodes.

Family Guy Season's 1 & 2 Set is the second highest TV DVD release behind of course....Chappelle's Show...no wonder they want to milk the cow.
