Proxy help

I read a thread on these forums about proxys and stuff when I was stuck. I downloaded switch proxy for firefox and it works, but everything is all slow. The proxies are all from USA so I dunno. Any help. Doing this to get around an ip ban at this one forum just to piss this kid I know who is the admin.

They couldnt handle my ownage in flash games... :D but I just use my friends name now so we act like were one person so he doesnt know whose who lol... but can anyone help? When I goto play the flash games, they dont load and it says something about a proxy error or something.

well this proxy loads fast (for me) http://proxy.mxds.ch/
you can't use it with switch proxy for firefox though, but you can bookmark the addresses you visit to save time on future visits

EDIT: you might need to enable cookies and maybe scripts to access some sites

Well, it works but when I goto play the games, it says it only supports HTTP.
