Help w/ upload sepeeds ( Bit Tornado )

I have configured my router correctly , Ported my firewall to my port range of my choice "50001 and above " . DSLreport.com speed test shows i have a 495kps upload and 2750kps down . I can normal get dl speeds of 300-500kps on a good torrent. But never can i get above 65kps ul even when seeding. I get the best dl speed on the dial-up/isdn setting ( bit tornado ), but normally I use the Unlimited setting and mess w/ it til I have the best speeds . Any help is wellcomed.
