OK maybe some have heard of the Insanity Test, but for those who haven't:

in fact that's not the original test.. the original one had a Formula 1 racecar and that sound in the background... probably funnier but couldnt find it..
I actually did laugh at that way back in the day, long before crazy frog sacrificed that sound to the devil
well its 2am here, and i found this so annoying lol, didnt crack a smile at all....alot of frowns though, and the "WTF" look on my face...
