the video settings wont change, no matter what i do, i have tit set at at a high res, but it only comes up as 640x480 in 16bit, and in the vid options i have everytihng maxed and set it at high res....anyone know whats wrong?

What game is it?
Yeah need the game name. Most games say the settings in a .ini file and you can just open this with Notepad and edit it.

if its san andreas you roll the mouse ball and then click lmb when you have the desired settings.
