Does Anyone Know How To ....

stop receiving them stupid popups that u get through win xp they appear every 10 mins r so i know there is a way but i forgot how to do it lol
plzz help

are they like:

"hi I'm janita,

Im looking for .....

check out my site at www...."?

exactly that and "recieve £150 in hand by making deliveries" etc. How do we stop these?

Are they grey messenger boxes??

I think they are adds ?
Just use a pop up stopper.
