How do you unzip rar files ?

I have a couple of *.rar files and want to unzip them.

The silly thing is I cannot find a program to do it.

Can anyone recommend a file to me please ?

unziping a .rar file doesnt sound right. That's like going to burger king and ordering some McNuggets.

But if you do that they still know what you mean and give you some nuggets.
