screen shots

Can any one tell me how to make screen shots of my ratio? Do I need a special program to photograph it or is there an easy way to do it I tried and its got me stumped :unsure:

then open PAINT and press ctrl + v to paste
then save it as JPG or w/e

thanks a lot guys would have taken me ages to work it out on my own Ill try and use goggle next time just being lazy I guess and figured the was bound to be some how could give me an quick answer I was liking the old carrot and stick technique there
