Need some help testing a program for me?

Just made my first proper Visual Basic program, it's a small game, a rip of the first Mario only problem is that on my computer it runs fine but on my second i get stuttering problems and my mates it won't load the second module for the second level (after the mushroom in the cloud part)

I've attached the file just run it. Scan it with your anti-virus first if you want but i assure you it's no virus just need to see what the issue is. Comment on what kinda problems you have with it please.

EDIT: For controlls just use the arrow keys and push down when you see a flag to go to the next level.

Yeah, thats the only way to get out of it because you cannot click Close after you've clicked play, because at my college you cannt use the Ctrl, Alt & Del trick i've been doing ti to friends for ages:lol:
