I really don't tend to catch actual songs during a movie, however for the best soundtrack based on the dramatic effect it created in the movie, I would nominate Vanilla Sky.

But best ever? Collateral - Soundtrack (One with Tom Cruise & Jamie Foxx). Just has cool songs on it.
