cook it with some white wine and mushrooms, but be sure to leave the center pink. It's always better when it's a little raw :lol:
just fry the chicken in a wok or non stick type thing until the chicken looks cooked (10 mins)- then add the curry sauce and simmer it for about 30 mins, should be cooked.
