I was driving through Texas, and thought to stop in Austin to check it out, as it has a reputation in this country for being a hip city.
but I can't decide on something, so I thought I might ask you nice people to help me out.
Should I ask Skizo if he wants to meet up? I've never met a board member before irl.

A few years ago I met j2k4 in person and it was a great experience to meet an interweb buddy in a realword setting.

Just last month I swung by and saw him again.
I now consider him to be a real friend and you should take the chance on Skizo.
There are several people on this forum I'd like to meet in person but probably never shall...if you have an opportunity to do so, take it.

Played phone tag for half the day and then I didn't end up having the time once we got in contact, though we spoke for a bit on the phone. Maybe next time...

that was my fault, i will admit. my phone is cricket(unlimited calls for a certain $ amount), but it was a re-programmed cricket phone, and the way it's set up, it doesn't roam. so he didn't have a # to call me at, i was using pay phones and free library internet as sole communication method which is not very good. also, there is at least one significant tropical storm brewing in the gulf of mexico that will likely hit texas and i don't want to get caught driving through that, so it was the best thing for both of us to just have a phone call.Quote:

From what I see, $86 will cover me for my the whole time I'm there and I can hit both parks and the City Walk.
Disney has got ridiculous. It's about $72 to go to one park for one day. You get more value if you go more days and/or more parks.
