dedicated server
unmetered
more than 250GB hard drive space-raptor maybe??
really really fast computer will be doing 100+ torrents at the same time
What country is best for seedbox and allows torrenting
what would you guys recommend
budget is about $100+ but i can always pay more (money is not an issue)

well hers something u can afford leasweb their dedicated servers have 100mbps they allow torrents, im running azureus on one of their servers and the upload speed is wow amazing

and a truly unmetered 100Mbit can go for as low as $700
so what you need to do, is stop smoking crack.
The best is metered. You'll have trouble bursting to 100mbit with a shared unmetered box.
