SD is in the process of moving to a much better and faster server at the moment..
It should be fixed soon..

EDIT: Addition of one SD pack over TT won't make much difference to their database neither will it make much difference at SD...except the part that the uploader is upset (idk who he is). Beside, we don't have "no leaking" rule...not yet.
