Where to get old Movies?

Hi,

I'm crazy about those old B&W movies... I have a small collection but I miss a lot of famous ( and not so famous )movies. I was wondering if any of you guys knew a tracker that specialized on that kind of stuff.

I'm talking about movies starring Edward G. Robinson, and the likes. For instance, I've been looking for "Julius Caesar" with Brando for ages. I finnally found it in TPB uploaded as a DVD9 just a few days ago but generally it's very hard to find this sort of thing.

KG as others have stated.
maybe it's harder to get then the other sites mentioned but they have a really big collection.

Karagarga is by far the best

The CO review is seriously out of date.
There are currently 13,629 members, and 4,624 torrents.

Other than that, although hardest to get into, KG is the best.
Cinematik is all DVDRs and it's quite nice to have if you want that, but it definitely could use a little more content.
I'm not a member of Cinemageddon so I can't really comment on how it compares.

The four that have been mentioned here are the most common, with Karagarga having by far the biggest collection, Cinema Obscura is more for arthouse movies but has a good selection also.These two I know, Cinematik & Cinemageddon I have only read about but there is a fifth which has old material as well, this is Zamunda.

I hope I can help you in the near future if u keep on participating here. I had an invite offered for KG and it is in fact a great tracker. It has Charlot movies and it has "1985" movies. It's a paradise for collectors!!

ILoveClassics is an under appreciated tracker, probably because its not very well known.

KG is the first site for old movies, it has incredible archive

Does KG and Retrofix have old asian stuff?. I think both are invite-only.

What's the name of the movie you are interested in? I can check at KG and let you know; but if asian movies are your thing AsiaTorrents (used to be called Avistaz) is by far the best asian movie tracker that I am aware of. I don't know the url off-hand but I'm sure you can figure it out fast enough. The site goes open signups at least once or twice a month. Pay attention to the open signups thread, or get a reliable tracker-checker app and you'll get in soon enough.

If you have speed/ratio worries, well.. don't worry... because it's a snap to seed on avistaz now that they implemented the seed bonus system.

If this was for me then my question was asked directly for cine and gamesover, since I'm looking for DDL site instead of private tracker. Maybe this isn't the right section but... :P

OK, kallieb. Let me give you a job then. :D. Can you find "Golden Phoenix 1955 movie" in KG.

But I think even if it was avaiable at KG, I'll wait for long time to have KG open his door for me.

I've checked open sign-up thread, but no sign of KG. I've avistaz anyway.
