Never heard of this "C.Ronaldo" fellow.
It's tough to pin down one player to being the best. Maybe you should narrow it down to a position. Quarterback, wide receiver, defensive tackle, etc.
Nowadays C.Ronaldo is the best player.
It would be Cristiano Ronaldo for me...:)

Before the Euros I would've said Ronaldo, but he performed averagely in the tournament (mainly because he was marked so well). So I'd have to go for Messi or Kaka. Or maybe even Iniesta.

I can't say anything about this man...but the numbers say much more.
He scored 30! goals in Eindhoven when he was only 17-18!! years old, a young kid. Who also did it make ?? Nobody!!
